Please be advised that the 6th RVOA General Assembly, which was held yesterday, Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, did not meet the legal quorum required to hold the meeting. Accordingly, the General Assembly has been postponed to Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Riffa Views International School (RVIS), and this second meeting will not require a quorum as it will be validly convened by the presence of any number of members. We ask you to personally attend this meeting and actively participate in the discussions and decisions that will be voted on. With reference to the 6th General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association, scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Riffa Views International School, we are pleased to clarify the following points regarding the use of the Voting Paper : The Voting Paper is a legal tool that enables unit owners to participate in the General Assembly meeting by voting on the issued resolutions. The Voting Paper will be counted towards the quorum of participants at the meeting. The unit owner must indicate approval or rejection (Yes or No) of the resolutions mentioned on the Voting Paper. The unit owner must sign the Voting Paper , and it must be witnessed by an adult. Copies of the ID card or passport of both the owner and the witness should be attached. The unit owner must send the Voting Paper to the Association no later than May 8, 2025 , via email or by post. Please find the Voting Paper below. Owners are entitled to submit their Voting Papers in advance and also to attend and participate in the discussions during the meeting.

As part of our ongoing efforts to promote safety and control speed, solar speed displays have been installed in (3) locations over Riffa Views estates, to encourage driving within the 30 km/h speed limit. These displays are important for enhancing road safety by providing real-time speed feedback, helping drivers stay within the speed limits, and ensuring a safer environment for all residents. These units are currently in trial locations and may be adjusted later based on their effectiveness and your feedback. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe.
We are pleased to inform you that the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) has approved the modifications to the Riffa Views Master plan, and the procedures for transferring ownership of the additional land to the unit owners who purchased it have begun. These procedures are expected to be completed within (6) months or, at the latest, by the end of this year We would like to express our appreciation for the efforts made by Riffa Views, as well as UPDA and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), in facilitating this process. According to the established procedures, starting this month, applications will be submitted to Urban Planning for the approval of the property subdivision procedures. Subsequently, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) will issue separate title deeds for the additional land, allowing unit owners to later submit their requests to merge the title deeds. Riffa Views Management will contact you and inform you of the required steps once the title deeds for the additional land are issued.
As part of the Association project plan for the year 2025, we are pleased to inform you that the renovation work for the Lagoon Entrance (Gate 2) will begin on Monday, April 7, 2025, and the renovation work will continue for one month. We encourage all residents to inform their visitors and contractors to use the Oasis Entrance (Gate 2), as only one lane will be allocated for resident access through the Lagoon Gate during the renovation work, in order to facilitate traffic flow. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard, and we apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause.
We kindly request that all owners of leased units in Riffa Views update their contact information with their tenants by filling out the e-Form ( click here ), which only takes a minute to complete and send to the management. As for the tenants who have not updated their information, we would like to inform you that all old records (vehicle entry permits and mailing addresses) will be deleted starting from Sunday, March 16, 2025. It is extremely important to update tenant information regularly to avoid the cancellation of vehicle entry permits and not receiving notifications and messages sent by the management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

We invite all residents to join us in the Ramadan Food Basket initiative. We will gather in Riffa Views International School to prepare and distribute Ramadan food baskets to 100 families in need through Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society. By participating, you will help foster empathy and compassion among our community members while contributing to the spirit of social solidarity. It’s a chance to teach our children valuable life lessons about helping others and making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to RV Real Estate (Association Manager) for their generous donation towards the purchase of the Ramadan basket supplies, and to Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society for assisting in the distribution of the baskets. We also extend our thanks to Riffa Views International School (RVIS) for initiating and supervising this valuable initiative.
