With reference to the ongoing Road 96 development works being carried out by the Ministry of Works, please be informed that the Lagoon Gate entrance and exit (Gate 2) will be temporarily closed as part of the project works . The closure is scheduled to take place from Thursday, 10 September until Monday, 14 September 2026 . During this period, residents are kindly requested to use the Oasis Gate (Gate 1) for entry and exit , follow the traffic diversions and signage in place, and comply with all safety instructions to ensure everyone’s safety and facilitate smooth traffic flow. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

We would like to thank all residents who have joined the Riffa Views Owners Association Social Committee, which is responsible for proposing and organizing social, cultural, recreational, and sports events and activities aimed at bringing residents together and strengthening community ties across Riffa Views. As part of the Committee’s efforts to encourage greater resident participation, the Committee recently held a series of meetings and agreed to establish a number of dedicated clubs. We would like to inform you that the Building Requirements By-Law has been approved as part of the Riffa Views Owners Association By-Laws during the General Assembly Meeting held on 16 May 2026. The By-Law has also been registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and will serve as the regulatory framework for construction, extension, and modification works within the Riffa Views community. The By-Law aims to regulate construction and architectural works within properties, ensure structural safety, preserve the community’s architectural character, and protect the common areas and owners’ rights. It covers extension, addition and modification works, boundary walls and annexes, façades and external finishes, swimming pools, landscaping works, and other related works. The By-Law also sets out a number of key requirements and procedures, including obtaining the required approvals and permits before commencing any works, complying with the approved technical and architectural requirements, regulating additional electrical load requirements and the refundable construction deposit, as well as supervision and follow-up procedures through the Association Manager’s Technical Interface Office (TIO). It also addresses building ratios, setbacks, heights, façades, and neighbour consent where required. Accordingly, all owners intending to carry out any construction, extension, or modification works to their properties are requested to review the By-Law and ensure that all requirements are met and the necessary approvals are obtained before commencing any works. The Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association would like to extend its sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in the recent General Assembly Meeting. Your valuable feedback, constructive ideas, and active engagement reflect a shared commitment to enhancing our community and maintaining the high standards of Riffa Views. Following the General Assembly, the Board carefully reviewed the proposals submitted by owners and residents. During its recent meetings, the Board approved a number of these proposals as part of its strategic priorities for the 2026-2028 Board term, taking into consideration implementation priorities as well as the Association’s operational and financial plans. The approved initiatives fall under the following areas: Governance & Compliance Security & Safety Community Engagement & Communication Financial Planning & Sustainability Projects & Infrastructure These initiatives focus on strengthening governance, enhancing community infrastructure, improving communication with residents, reinforcing security and safety, advancing long-term financial planning, and delivering a range of community improvements over the next two years. The Board remains committed to keeping owners and residents informed of the progress of these initiatives and will continue to provide regular updates as implementation advances. Thank you for your continued support, valuable contributions, and active participation. We look forward to working together to further enhance our community.

Further to the previous announcement regarding the signing of the “ Declaration of Loyalty ” addressed to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, we would like to inform you that the signing period has been extended until Thursday, 25 June 2026 . This extension comes in response to the strong interest shown by residents and to provide an opportunity for as many residents as possible to participate in this national initiative and express their loyalty, sense of belonging, and pride in the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Residents may sign the declaration at the Reception Hall of the Royal Golf Club .

Please be advised that road works will be carried out within Park Estate on Wednesday, 17 June, and Thursday, 18 June 2026.  Work Areas : Please refer to the attached map for the locations where the works will be carried out. Road Closures : Some work areas will require temporary full road closures during the execution period. Traffic Management : The contractor will provide diversion signs and on-site traffic management to ensure safe access around the work areas. Residents living adjacent to the work areas are kindly requested to park their vehicles outside the closure zones during these two days to ensure easy access whenever needed. We apologize for any inconvenience these works may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to maintain and improve the Riffa Views community infrastructure.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all Association members who participated in the RVOA 7th General Assembly Meeting, whether through personal attendance or voting papers, which was held on Saturday, 16 May 2026, at 10:00 AM at Riffa Views International School, with the participation of members representing 237 units, equivalent to approximately 22.5% representation. The General Assembly meeting witnessed the election of the Board of Directors for the 4th Term (2026-2028), and the election results resulted in the formation of the new Board as follows: Saud Ahmed Alkhayyat Dana Khamis Alzayani Mishal Ali Alhellow Abdulla Murtadha Abdulla Mohammed Mahmood Alshaikh The following reserve members were also elected: Latifa Isa Albunoodha and Yazin Sufyan Alirhayim. As for the resolutions issued by the General Assembly, they are as follows: Approval of the meeting agenda. Ratification of the minutes of the 6th General Assembly meetings held on 10 May and 17 May 2025. Approval of the Association’s audited financial statements for the financial years ended in 2024 and 2025. Appointment of KPMG Fakhro as the external auditor for the Association’s accounts for the financial years ending in 2027 and 2028. Approval of the Association’s budget for the year 2026, with a total of BD 1,550,000, and approval of the annual contributions rate of BD 3.664. Addition of both the Building Requirements By-Law and the Use and Exploitation of Common Areas By-Law to the Association’s By-Laws. Approval of the updated Articles of Association of the Riffa Views Owners Association. Discharge of liability of the former Board members for all actions and decisions undertaken during their membership throughout the 3rd Term (2024-2026). The new Board of Directors will hold its first meeting during this week, which will include the distribution of the administrative positions among its members.
