The Riffa Views Owners Association encourages all homeowners to settle any outstanding service charge dues before the end of the 2025 financial year, in order to ensure smooth operational continuity and maintain the quality of services provided within our community. In this regard, the Association extends its sincere appreciation to the homeowners who have been timely in settling their service charge invoices, as such commitment enables the Association to meet its contractual obligations with service providers and ensures the continuity of maintenance and management operations across all Association facilities and common areas. We would also like to highlight that some homeowners pay their service charges in one lump sum at the end of the year, resulting in accumulated arrears of up to 12 months. In accordance with the applicable regulations and policies, such accumulated arrears are subject to a 10% administrative fee, a measure the Association prefers to avoid applying to our valued homeowners. Accordingly, we emphasize the importance of settling invoices promptly upon issuance, while reminding homeowners of the opportunity to benefit from a 5% discount when making early payment of the annual service charge during the month of January. We further note that delays in payment negatively affect the Association’s ability to plan financially and implement approved development projects, which may in turn impact the quality of services delivered to the community. In reference to Ministerial Resolution No. (100) of 2023 issued by the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture regarding the ban on the import of certain dangerous and predatory animals, we would like to inform you that the following dog breeds have been classified as dangerous animals in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In addition, the Association By-Laws Rules prohibit the keeping of any animal that poses a risk within the Riffa Views community: Pit Bulls – Mastiffs – Tosa – Presa Canario Riffa Views Management has recently observed some of these breeds outside residential units, posing a risk to residents, which constitutes a violation of the applicable rules and regulations. Accordingly, and based on the above, we urge all homeowners and residents who currently own any of these breeds to remove them from Riffa Views within two weeks from the date of this notice, in compliance with the governing regulations and in the interest of the safety and security of all. We thank you for your cooperation and your continued commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all residents.

We would like to remind all residents of the importance of adhering to the Riffa Views Owners Association By-laws regarding the keeping of pets within the community, to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for everyone. Only household pets such as dogs and cats are permitted. Keeping poultry, livestock, or any farm animals such as hens, ducks, pigeons, or similar species within residential units or gardens is strictly prohibited . Residents must also ensure that permitted pets are kept within the boundaries of their property and do not cause noise or disturbance to neighbors. Please note that the Association Manager will be issuing individual notices to unit owners who are in violation of these rules, requesting them to take corrective action and comply fully with the Association By-laws. Reference to the previously circulated notice on the above subject, and in alignment with the Association’s commitment to maintaining peace and order within the community, the RVOA Board would like to clearly emphasize that all gatherings and parades are strictly prohibited on the evening of Friday, October 31 . This decision comes as a result of the nuisance caused in previous years, including traffic congestion and annoyance to residents. Several measures have been implemented to prevent the entry of individuals or vehicles with no direct connection to our community , in coordination with the Southern Governorate Police Directorate , which has kindly arranged security patrols from East Riffa Police Station to ensure order, public safety, and full compliance with community regulations. Accordingly, residents who wish to invite guests to their homes on Friday, 31 October 2025 , are kindly requested to provide the names, ID numbers, and vehicle plate numbers of their guests in advance via WhatsApp at ( 39996119 ), in order to facilitate their entry to avoid congestion at the gates. No unregistered guests will be permitted entry on that day . Residents remain welcome to hold private gatherings within the boundaries of their own properties , provided they do not cause noise, traffic issues, or disturbance to neighbors, and remain fully compliant with community rules and regulations.
