Important Notice Regarding Halloween Disturbances and Disorder

We would like to remind you that, during the Riffa Views Owners Association General Assembly held in May 2026, members approved stricter security measures, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to prevent a recurrence of the disturbances and disorder experienced during last year’s Halloween celebrations.

Accordingly, any activities or celebrations taking place this weekend must be limited to private residential properties, with full compliance with community rules. Residents are also reminded to avoid any behavior that may cause disturbances or affect the privacy and comfort of others.

To ensure the safety and security of all residents, the following measures will be implemented:

1. Stricter Access Control: Unauthorized individuals will not be permitted to enter the community, particularly visitors coming from outside Riffa Views to participate in the celebrations. This will include the temporary closure of visitor entry lanes at the gates.
2. Increased Security Presence: Coordination with the Southern Governorate Police Directorate to increase police patrols during this period.
3. Respect for Residents’ Privacy: Residents are requested to avoid gatherings or activities that may cause disturbances or interfere with the privacy of neighboring homes, considering complaints received in previous years.
4. Reporting Violations: All reported incidents involving violations of community rules will be formally documented and reported to the police station.

We kindly ask all residents to ensure that their family members and children follow the community rules and respect the comfort and privacy of others.

نود تذكيركم بأن الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد ملاك الرفاع فيوز، خلال اجتماعها المنعقد في مايو 2026، قد أقرت اتخاذ إجراءات أمنية مشددة، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة، لمنع تكرار حالات الإزعاج والفوضى التي صاحبت الهالوين في العام الماضي.

وعليه، نؤكد على ضرورة اقتصار أي أنشطة أو احتفالات خلال عطلة نهاية هذا الأسبوع على حدود الوحدات السكنية الخاصة، مع الالتزام التام بقواعد المجتمع، والامتناع عن أي تصرفات قد تسبب الإزعاج أو تؤثر على خصوصية السكان وراحتهم.

وحرصًا على أمن وسلامة الجميع، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية:

1. تشديد الرقابة على بوابات الدخول: سيتم منع دخول الأشخاص غير المصرح لهم، ولا سيما الزوار القادمين من خارج المجمع للمشاركة في الاحتفالات، بما في ذلك إغلاق مؤقت لمسار دخول الزوّار في البوابات.
2. تعزيز التواجد الأمني: التنسيق مع مديرية شرطة المحافظة الجنوبية لتكثيف الدوريات الأمنية خلال هذه الفترة.
3. احترام خصوصية السكان: تجنب أي تجمعات أو تصرفات قد تسبب الإزعاج أو تؤثر على خصوصية الوحدات السكنية، في ضوء الشكاوى المسجلة خلال الأعوام السابقة.
4. تسجيل المخالفات: سيتم توثيق جميع البلاغات المتعلقة بمخالفة قواعد المجتمع وتسجيلها رسميًا لدى مركز الشرطة.

وعليه، نرجو من جميع السكان التأكد من التزام أفراد أسرهم وأطفالهم بقواعد المجتمع، واحترام راحة الآخرين وخصوصيتهم.
