A Remarkable Success for the 5th Riffa Views Chess Tournament
The Innovation Hub at Riffa Views International School (RVIS) hosted the 5th edition of the Riffa Views Chess Tournament on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with outstanding participation from residents of Riffa Views.
The tournament was held under a seven-round Swiss system for two categories: Adults and Under-16. The event was organized by The Chess Gate Academy, under the supervision of FIDE Master Zeyad Janahi.
This tournament is part of the sports and community initiatives organized by the Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA). The rounds witnessed strong and exciting competition, with several matches broadcast live online.
In the Adults category, player Mostafa Pajouyan secured first place, while player Nadir Ali claimed first place in the Under-16 category.
In closing, the Riffa Views Owners Association expressed its appreciation to all players for their participation, to the Chess Gate Academy for their excellent organization and arbitration of the tournament, and to Sa3ada Media Team for their exceptional event coverage. The Association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing such initiatives that strengthen community bonds and promote the culture of chess across the community.
نجاح متميّز لبطولة الرفاع فيوز للشطرنج في نسختها الخامسة
استضاف مركز الابتكار بمدرسة الرفاع فيوز الدولية يوم السبت الموافق 25 أكتوبر 2025 النسخة الخامسة من بطولة الرفاع فيوز للشطرنج، بمشاركة متميّزة من السكان والمقيمين في الرفاع فيوز.
أُقيمت البطولة بنظام السبع جولات لفئتي الكبار ودون 16 سنة، وأشرفت على تنظيم وتحكيم البطولة أكاديمية بوابة الشطرنج بقيادة المدرب الدولي زياد جناحي.
وتأتي هذه البطولة ضمن الفعاليات الرياضية والمجتمعية التي ينظمها اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز، حيث شهدت منافسة قوية خلال جميع جولاتها، وتميّزت بنقل عدد من المباريات مباشرةً عبر الإنترنت.
وقد حقق اللاعب مصطفى باجويان المركز الأول في فئة الكبار، فيما أحرز اللاعب نادر علي المركز الأول في فئة دون 16 سنة.
وفي الختام، ثمّن اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز مشاركة جميع اللاعبين على مشاركتهم، وأكاديمية بوابة الشطرنج على تنظيمهم وتحكيمهم الرائع للبطولة، وفريق سعادة الإعلامي على تغطيتهم الإعلامية المتميزة، وأكد الاتحاد استمراره في تنظيم مثل هذه الفعاليات التي تعزّز الروابط الاجتماعية وتساهم في نشر ثقافة الشطرنج في المجتمع.
