The Riffa Views Owners Association is committed to preserving the community’s values of harmony, nature, tranquillity, distinction, and luxury, while ensuring the effective management of Riffa Views in accordance with its By-Laws.
The Association also encourages open communication with owners and residents to receive feedback and suggestions that support the continued development of the community.
Riffa Views Social Committee
The Committee aims to enhance the quality of life within Riffa Views by encouraging residents’ participation in community initiatives and activities, while providing a platform for sharing ideas and proposals that contribute to improving common areas and facilities, strengthening social connections, and fostering a stronger sense of community belonging.
Shoot It, Send It
Residents can contribute to maintaining and enhancing the Riffa Views community by reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, and other observations requiring attention. Residents can easily submit details and photos through the platform, helping ensure prompt action and the continued upkeep of the community’s high standards of quality, safety, and appearance.
Waqf "Nakhlat Al Khair"
Nakhlat Al Khair is a community initiative that encourages residents to contribute to the beautification of Riffa Views through the donation and planting of palm trees. Today, Riffa Views proudly features more than 600 resident-sponsored palm trees, reflecting a strong culture of giving and community participation.
Masjids Welfare
This initiative supports the care, maintenance, and development of the masjids within Riffa Views while encouraging community participation in religious, educational, and charitable activities. It provides a platform for residents to contribute ideas and support initiatives that strengthen the role of the masjids as centers for worship, learning, and community engagement.
