We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to all who participated in the 6th General Assembly of the Riffa Views Owners Association, held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Riffa Views International School. Kindly be informed that the General Assembly has issued the following resolutions : Approval of the Agenda Approval of the Minutes of the 5th General Assembly Meeting Held on April 20 and 27, 2024 Approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2023 Appointment of “KPMG Fakhro” as the External Auditor for the Fiscal Years Ending December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026 Approval of the Renewal of the Association Manager Contract (RV Real Estate Company WLL) for Two Years Approval of the Association Budget for 2025 Approval to Create the Projects Account and Transfer Surplus Cash Authorize the Board of Directors to review the topics submitted by the Association members and take the necessary actions as needed. Please note that the Board of Directors will review and discuss all topics submitted during the meeting and will inform you of the actions taken in this regard. Please be advised that the 6th RVOA General Assembly, which was held yesterday, Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, did not meet the legal quorum required to hold the meeting. Accordingly, the General Assembly has been postponed to Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Riffa Views International School (RVIS), and this second meeting will not require a quorum as it will be validly convened by the presence of any number of members. We ask you to personally attend this meeting and actively participate in the discussions and decisions that will be voted on. As part of the strategic initiatives launched by the Board Association, we are pleased to inform you that Rose, Jasmine, and Razji flowering plants will be distributed to all units in Riffa Views. The security team will oversee these distributions, and the glowers will be placed at the entrances of the units. This initiative aims to promote environmental sustainability and encourage all residents to take care of their gardens and preserve one of the most distinctive features of Riffa Views, which is known for its beautiful gardens and green areas.
