Annual Contributions
The annual contributions paid by owners are essential for preserving and enhancing the Riffa Views community. These contributions support the management and maintenance of common areas, operation of shared facilities, and delivery of key community services, including security, cleaning, landscaping, and infrastructure maintenance.
The Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA) determines the annual contributions based on the budget and operational requirements of the community. The Board of Directors oversees the collection of annual contributions and encourages owners to make timely payments in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and governing documents of the Association.

Overdue Contributions
Any owner who fails to settle the annual contributions within 60 days from the due date shall be liable for administrative charges payable to the Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA).
In the event that an Order to Pay is issued in respect of outstanding annual contributions and the owner fails to settle the amount within the period specified in the Order to Pay, the owner shall also be liable for the applicable administrative charges.
The administrative charges shall be calculated at a rate of 10% of the total outstanding contributions, and may be amended from time to time pursuant to a Resolution issued by the Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA).
