Common Areas Management
The common areas at Riffa Views are high-value assets that are owned by the Riffa Views Owners Association which includes all unit owners. Therefore, the RVOA strives to preserve, manage, maintain, and operate these common areas in a manner that would achieve the joint interests of all owners, given their importance and the facilities they include.
The common areas of Riffa Views include 40 communal gardens with varied sizes, three masjids, a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), seven artificial lakes, including three within the common areas and four with views on the units.
All streets, internal roads, parking lots, pedestrian and vehicle paths, waterways, walls, protective fences, areas designed to store and collect waste, as well as play and entertainment grounds are also among the Riffa Views’ common areas.
