Riffa Views Owners Association

The Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA) was established in 2019. It was licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the Kingdom of Bahrain (License Number: OA2020/0119). 


RVOA has an independent legal personality, and complies with the provisions and articles of Law 27/2017, Resolution 7/2018 issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, the RVOA’s By-Laws and the Articles of RVOA.


The Riffa Views Owners Association consists of three main bodies, represented by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Owners Association Manager. Each of these bodies has responsibilities and powers through which they run and operate the common areas of Riffa Views and deliver all the required services for the residents.

General Assembly

The General Assembly of the Riffa Views Owners Association is the highest authority at the Riffa Views, and includes all owners of the 1054 units in the three estates.

The Board of Directors is the executive body of the General Assembly. It comprises five members who are elected by the owners for two-year terms.
