The Riffa Views Owners Association operates within a robust corporate governance framework founded on compliance with the laws, regulations, and decisions governing jointly owned properties in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Association's activities are guided by an integrated legal framework comprising applicable legislation and regulatory requirements issued by the relevant authorities, together with the Association's Articles, By-Laws, and approved policies, ensuring transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance, and the protection of owners' rights while promoting effective and sustainable community management.

The By-Laws set out the rules governing the jointly owned property at Riffa Views, including the management, operation, and maintenance of the common areas, while protecting the rights of all owners.
