Authorized Inspectors (EWA) Access to Your Distribution Board (DB)
Please be informed that Castillo, authorized by the Electricity & Water Authority (EWA) and in coordination with Riffa Views, will be carrying out essential field work within the community.
This activity is part of the necessary measures to ensure the safety and compliance of the electrical system and to verify that all substations are capable of accommodating the electrical loads.
Therefore, we kindly request your cooperation in allowing the inspectors access to your villa’s Distribution Board (DB) during the scheduled shutdown.

نفيدكم علمًا بأن شركة كاستيلو، المعتمدة من قبل هيئة الكهرباء والماء (EWA) وبالتنسيق مع الرفاع فيوز، ستقوم بتنفيذ أعمال ميدانية ضرورية داخل الرفاع فيوز.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن التدابير اللازمة لضمان سلامة النظام الكهربائي والتأكد من توافقه مع المعايير المعتمدة، إضافةً إلى التحقق من قدرة جميع محطات الكهرباء الفرعية على استيعاب الأحمال الكهربائية.
وعليه، نرجو منكم التعاون والسماح للمفتشين بالدخول إلى لوحة توزيع الكهرباء (DB) الخاصة بفيلاكم أثناء فترة الإيقاف المجدولة.
