Board Approves Residents’ Proposals for the 2026-2028 Board Term

The Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association would like to extend its sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in the recent General Assembly Meeting. Your valuable feedback, constructive ideas, and active engagement reflect a shared commitment to enhancing our community and maintaining the high standards of Riffa Views.

Following the General Assembly, the Board carefully reviewed the proposals submitted by owners and residents. During its recent meetings, the Board approved a number of these proposals as part of its strategic priorities for the 2026-2028 Board term, taking into consideration implementation priorities as well as the Association’s operational and financial plans.

The approved initiatives fall under the following areas:

• Governance & Compliance
• Security & Safety
• Community Engagement & Communication
• Financial Planning & Sustainability
• Projects & Infrastructure

These initiatives focus on strengthening governance, enhancing community infrastructure, improving communication with residents, reinforcing security and safety, advancing long-term financial planning, and delivering a range of community improvements over the next two years.

The Board remains committed to keeping owners and residents informed of the progress of these initiatives and will continue to provide regular updates as implementation advances.

اعتماد عدد من مقترحات الملاك ضمن برنامج عمل مجلس الإدارة للأعوام 2026 - 2028

يتقدم مجلس إدارة اتحاد ملاك الرفاع فيوز بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لجميع الملاك الذين شاركوا في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الأخير، مثمنًا ما أبدوه من تفاعل إيجابي، وما قدموه من مقترحات وأفكار بنّاءة تعكس حرصهم على تطوير المجتمع والارتقاء بجودة الحياة في الرفاع فيوز.

وانطلاقًا من إيمان مجلس الإدارة بأهمية الشراكة مع الملاك والسكان، فقد قام المجلس خلال اجتماعاته الأخيرة بمراجعة ودراسة المقترحات المقدمة، واعتمد عددًا منها ضمن برنامج عمله للأعوام 2026–2028، وفقًا لأولويات التنفيذ والإمكانات الفنية والمالية المتاحة.

وتشمل هذه المبادرات عددًا من المحاور الرئيسية، من أبرزها:

• الحوكمة والامتثال
• الأمن والسلامة
• المجتمع والتواصل
• التخطيط المالي والاستدامة
• المشاريع والبنية التحتية

وقد تضمنت هذه المحاور العديد من المبادرات، من بينها تعزيز إجراءات السلامة والأمن، وتطوير البنية التحتية، وتحسين التواصل مع السكان، وإعداد خطة مالية طويلة الأمد، وتنويع مصادر دخل الاتحاد، وتحديث اللوحات الإرشادية، وتعزيز جهود مكافحة الآفات، إلى جانب عدد من المشاريع والمبادرات الأخرى التي سيتم تنفيذها تدريجيًا خلال فترة عمل المجلس.

ويؤكد مجلس الإدارة التزامه بمواصلة التواصل مع الملاك والسكان، واطلاعهم على مستجدات تنفيذ هذه المبادرات بشكل دوري، إيمانًا بأن نجاح الرفاع فيوز يعتمد على التعاون والشراكة الفاعلة بين الجميع.
