Children Operating Golf Carts and Motorized Vehicles in Riffa Views
With reference to previous circulars prohibiting children from operating golf carts, motorbikes, and quad vehicles within Riffa Views community, we have observed that some residents continue to allow their children to drive these vehicles, putting their own safety and that of others at serious risk.
Several recent incidents have been observed, including a severe collision involving a child operating a motorized vehicle, which nearly resulted in a fatality and could have caused legal consequences for innocent parties due to this disregard for regulations.
The Board affirms that it will not tolerate such irresponsible behavior and will continue to take all necessary measures to ensure public safety within the Riffa Views community.
Accordingly, the Board strongly urges all residents not to allow their children to operate such vehicles. Should any violations be observed, the Association Manager will proceed with applying financial penalties in accordance with the Association’s By-Laws, in addition to filing official reports with the police.

على الرغم من التعاميم السابقة بشأن حظر قيادة الأطفال لعربات الغولف والدراجات النارية والرباعية غير المرخصة داخل شوارع الرفاع فيوز، إلا أننا لاحظنا استمرار بعض السكان في السماح لأطفالهم بقيادة هذه المركبات، بما يُعرّض سلامتهم والآخرين للخطر.
حيث تم رصد عدد من الحوادث التي وقعت مؤخراً، من بينهما حادث تصادم خطير لطفل يقود مركبة نارية كاد أن يؤدي إلى التسبب في حالة وفاة، وتعريض أبرياء للمسائلة القانونية بسبب هذا الاستهتار بالأنظمة.
ويؤكد مجلس الإدارة أنه لن يتهاون مع مثل هذه التصرفات غير المسؤولة، وسيستمر في اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات المتاحة لضمان السلامة العامة في مجتمع الرفاع فيوز.
وعليه، يحث مجلس الإدارة جميع الملاك عدم السماح لأطفالهم بقيادة هذه المركبات، وفي حال رصد أي مخالفات بهذا الخصوص سيباشر مدير الاتحاد تطبيق لائحة الجزاءات المالية وفقًا للنظام الرئيسي للاتحاد، وكذلك تقديم بلاغات رسمية لدى مركز الشرطة.
