Clarification Regarding the Association’s Budget for 2026 and Service Charges
With reference to the inquiries received regarding the 2026 budget and service charges, the Association Manager would like to confirm that the Board of Directors has approved the Association’s budget for the year 2026 as a provisional (estimated) budget, for the purpose of commencing the issuance and collection of service charges as of January 2026. This measure is intended to ensure the continuity of the Association’s services and its ability to meet its financial obligations toward service providers from the beginning of the financial year.
The provisional budget shall remain in effect until it is presented to the General Assembly for final approval and ratification at its meeting scheduled to be held in May 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws and the applicable regulatory resolutions.
The Association Manager further confirms that the final approval of the Association’s budget remains the exclusive authority of the General Assembly, and that any financial differences that may arise will be addressed in accordance with the resolution issued by the General Assembly, whether by approval or amendment.
All owners are kindly urged to attend the General Assembly meeting and to actively participate in the discussion and approval of the budget, in a manner that promotes transparency and strengthens the principle of participation in decision making related to the affairs of the Association.
إيضاح بشأن ميزانية الاتحاد للعام 2026 ورسوم الخدمة
إشارةً إلى الاستفسارات الواردة بخصوص ميزانية ورسوم الخدمة لعام 2026، يود مدير الاتحاد التأكيد على أن مجلس إدارة الاتحاد قد اعتمد ميزانية الاتحاد للعام 2026 بصفتها ميزانية تقديرية، وذلك للبدء في إصدار وتحصيل رسوم الخدمة من يناير 2026، لضمان استمرارية الاتحاد في تقديم خدماته والوفاء بالتزاماته تجاه مزودي الخدمات منذ بداية السنة المالية.
وسيجري العمل بها إلى حين عرضها على الجمعية العمومية لاعتمادها النهائي والتصديق عليها في اجتماعها المقرر خلال شهر مايو 2026، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام النظام الرئيسي والقرارات المنظمة.
ويؤكد مدير الاتحاد على أن اعتماد ميزانية الاتحاد بشكل نهائي يظل اختصاصًا حصريًا للجمعية العمومية، وسيتم التعامل مع أي فروقات مالية قد تنتج لاحقًا وفق القرار الذي يصدر عن الجمعية العمومية، سواء بالموافقة أو التعديل.
