Commencement of Enhancement Works for the Garden L10 - Lagoon Estate

As part of the 2025 communal garden development plan approved by the Board Association, we are pleased to inform you that enhancement works have commenced in the L10 communal garden (Central Area) located in the Lagoon Estate. The estimated completion date is by the end of December 2025.

The enhancements will include both hardscaping (pathways, paving) and soft scaping (planting and soil preparation) to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the garden.

For your safety, and especially the safety of children, please stay away from the construction site during the work period. Temporary fencing and signage will be in place, and we kindly ask for your cooperation.

You are welcome to use other communal gardens within the community while work is ongoing in L10.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support as we enhance our common green areas.

بدء أعمال تحسين وتطوير الحديقة المشتركة - حي البحيرات L10

ضمن خطة تطوير الحدائق المشتركة للعام 2025 المعتمدة من قبل مجلس إدارة الاتحاد، يسرّنا إعلامكم ببدء أعمال تحسين الحديقة المشتركة رقم L10 الواقعة في حي البحيرات، على أن يكون موعد الانتهاء المتوقع بنهاية شهر ديسمبر المقبل.

تشمل أعمال التحسين كلًّا من الأعمال الإنشائية الصلبة من الممرات والرصف إلى جانب الأعمال الزراعية وتجهيز التربة، وذلك لتعزيز الوظائف الجمالية والعملية للحديقة.

ولسلامتكم، ولا سيما سلامة الأطفال، نرجو الابتعاد عن موقع العمل خلال فترة التنفيذ، حيث سيتم وضع أسوار مؤقتة ولافتات إرشادية، متمنين تعاونكم معنا في هذا الخصوص.

يمكنكم الاستمتاع باستخدام الحدائق المشتركة الأخرى في المجتمع إلى حين استكمال الأعمال في هذه الحديقة.
