Cost: Villa owner shall bear all related costs including irrigations, excavation, sand filling, etc.

Excavation Depth: Due to existence of services, deep excavation is not allowed for streetscape, maximum depth is 700mm and as per site conditions.

Existing Trees: No trees to be removed or relocated except small plants and shrubs.

Health: Plants to be healthy with no signs of pest or disease.

RV Standards: Work will be done under supervision of the Association Manager and as per RV standards.

Fruit & Produce: Allowable to public.

Maintenance: Only regular maintenance operations will be done by the landscaping company with no liability on RVOA. Cost of any special treatment will be borne by the villa owner.

Liability: Neither RVOA nor Association Manager shall be held responsible for any damage to the plants.

Plants Ownership: Will be transferred to RVOA.
