Correction of Remarks and Violations in Certain Units Contrary to the Association’s By-Laws
In line with the Board’s commitment to preserving the quality of life and distinction within our family-oriented Riffa Views community and maintaining the aesthetic appearance of its units, it is essential that all residents ensure regular maintenance and comply with the rules and regulations that contribute to the excellence of our community.
Based on this, a number of remarks have been recorded on certain residential units, which are considered violations of the Association’s By-Laws. Accordingly, the Board has decided to issue notices to the concerned units, signed by the Board Secretary, with the aim of finding appropriate solutions to rectify these violations and preserve the distinction of our Riffa Views community.
The Board emphasizes that adherence to the laws, resolutions, and regulations governing the real estate sector, as approved by the relevant authorities, plays a key role in addressing these violations, achieving the common interest of all residents, and avoiding the penalties stipulated in the Association’s By-Laws.

معالجة وتصحيح الملاحظات الواردة على بعض الوحدات والمخالفة للنظام الرئيسي للاتحاد
حرصًا من مجلس الإدارة في الحفاظ على مقومات جودة الحياة والتميّز في محيطنا الأسري بالرفاع فيوز وتعزيز جمالية وحداته، الأمر الذي يتطلب من الجميع الاهتمام بالصيانة الدورية والالتزام باللوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة التي تسهم في رفعة وتميّز مجتمعنا.
ومن هذا المنطلق فقد تم تسجيل بعض الملاحظات على عدد من الوحدات السكنية، والتي تُعد مخالفات للنظام الرئيسي للاتحاد.
وبناءً عليه، فقد قرر مجلس الإدارة إصدار إشعارات للوحدات المخالفة، موقعة من قبل أمين سر مجلس الإدارة، بهدف إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لتصحيح هذه المخالفات للمحافظة على تميّز مجتمعنا في الرفاع فيوز.
ويؤكد مجلس الإدارة على أن الالتزام بالقوانين والقرارات واللوائح المنظمة للقطاع العقاري المعتمدة من قبل الجهات والسلطات المختصة، يسهم في معالجة هذه المخالفات، ويُحقق المصلحة المشتركة لجميع السكان ويضمن في الوقت نفسه تفادي الجزاءات المنصوص عليها في النظام الرئيسي للاتحاد.
