General Assembly meeting of Riffa Views Owners Association, March 13, 2021, Virtual meeting via Zoom
As you are aware, the General Assembly meeting was scheduled to take place during December of last.
Due to the directives issued by the National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19) that restrict hosting any gatherings and conferences, and official informing received from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) that due to current COVID-19 restrictions on holding gatherings, we can hold the General Assembly of Riffa Views Owners Association by virtual means.
We are pleased to inform you, that the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association has decided to hold the General Assembly meeting by Zoom on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 7:30 pm, during which a number of items on the agenda of the General Assembly will be discussed and voted on.
During the next two weeks, invitations to attend and meeting documents will be sent to the registered addresses of members of the Association via Bahrain Post (registered), and they will also be sent via e-mail.
The Association Manager will provide you with all the instructions that must be followed to pre-register to attend the virtual meeting that will be held in accordance with the provisions contained in Resolution No. (1) of 2020, issued by RERA.

اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز بتاريخ 13 مارس 2021 - اجتماع افتراضي عبر تطبيق زوم
كما تعلمون فان انعقاد اجتماع الجمعية العمومية كان مقرراً خلال شهر ديسمبر من العام الماضي.
ونظراً إلى الارشادات والتوجيهات الصادرة من الفريق الوطني الطبي للتصدي لفيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) بمنع إقامة التجمعات والمؤتمرات، والتعميم الصادر من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري بتجنب عقد أي اجتماعات بالطریقة التقلیدیة والاستعاضة عنها بوسائل إلكترونیة عبر استخدام أحد تطبیقات الاتصال المرئي.
وعليه، يسعدنا إفادتكم بأن مجلس إدارة الاتحاد قد قرر عقد الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد ملاك الرفاع فيوز وذلك بصورة افتراضية عبر تطبيق زوم يوم السبت الموافق 13 مارس 2021 في تمام الساعة 7:30 مساءً، حيث سيتم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة عدداً من البنود المطروحة على جدول أعمال الجمعية العمومية والتصويت على القرارات.
وسيتم خلال الأسبوعين القادمين إرسال دعوات الحضور ومستندات الاجتماع على العناوين المسجلة لأعضاء الاتحاد عبر بريد البحرين (المسجل) وكذلك سيتم إرسالها عبر عناوين البريد الإلكترونية.
كما سيقوم (مدير الاتحاد) بتزويدكم خلال الأيام القادمة بجميع الإرشادات الواجب اتباعها للتسجيل المسبق لحضور الاجتماع الافتراضي الذي سيتم عقده وفقاً للأحكام والمواد الواردة في القرار رقم (1) لسنة 2020 بتنظيم اتحادات الملاك في العقارات المشتركة الصادر من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري.
