Important Notice: Refraining from Any Acts or Behaviors That Disturb Public Quiet in Riffa Views

We have received several comments and requests from residents regarding the need to stop disruptive behaviors and practices that are unfamiliar to our traditions, culture, and community values, particularly those associated with “Halloween”, especially on the evening of Friday, October 31.

In previous years, many complaints were recorded against individuals who engaged in actions that violated the privacy of residential units and negatively affected the comfort and peace of others.

In this regard, the Association Board emphasizes the importance of all residents adhering to the rules and regulations in place, ensuring the preservation of the calm and distinguished environment of Riffa Views, while respecting the privacy of neighbors and their properties, and maintaining public cleanliness.

Strict measures will be taken at the entrance gates, and no parties or individuals without a direct connection to Riffa Views will be permitted entry. We therefore encourage all residents to inform their guests of these guidelines.

Additionally, coordination will take place with the Southern Governorate Police Directorate to provide additional security patrols during this period to ensure order and public safety.

The Board also reminds all residents not to place or install any signs or decorations on common areas, including trees and green spaces located between unit walls and pedestrian walkways.

Accordingly, unit owners who have placed such signs or decorations outside the boundaries of their units must remove them immediately. In the event of non-removal, the cleaning team will be instructed to remove them.

Finally, the Board urges everyone to comply with the community rules in effect at Riffa Views and to cooperate in preserving an elegant, safe environment that respects the privacy of all.

وردت إلينا العديد من الملاحظات والطلبات من قِبل السكان بشأن ضرورة وقف جميع المضايقات والتصرفات المزعجة والدخيلة على عاداتنا وتقاليدنا وثقافتنا المحلية، والتي تتزامن مع ما يُعرف بـ"الهالوين"، خصوصًا في مساء يوم الجمعة الموافق 31 أكتوبر.

وقد تم خلال الأعوام الماضية تسجيل عدد من البلاغات ضد أفراد قاموا بتصرفات تتعارض مع خصوصية الوحدات السكنية وتؤثر سلبًا على راحة وطمأنينة الآخرين.

وفي هذا الشأن، يؤكد مجلس إدارة الاتحاد على أهمية التزام جميع السكان بالأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها، بما يضمن الحفاظ على الهدوء العام الذي يتميّز به مجتمع الرفاع فيوز، واحترام خصوصية الجيران وممتلكاتهم، والمحافظة على النظافة العامة.

كما ستُتخذ إجراءات مشددة عند بوابات الدخول، ولن يُسمح بدخول أي جهات أو أفراد ليست لهم علاقة مباشرة بمجمع الرفاع فيوز. لذا نحث جميع السكان على إبلاغ ضيوفهم بهذه التوجيهات.

وسيتم كذلك التنسيق مع مديرية شرطة المحافظة الجنوبية لتوفير دوريات أمنية إضافية خلال هذه الفترة لضمان النظام والسلامة العامة.

ويؤكد المجلس أيضًا على جميع السكان عدم وضع أو تركيب أي لافتات أو زينة على الأجزاء المشتركة، بما في ذلك الأشجار والمساحات الخضراء الفاصلة بين أسوار الوحدات وأرصفة المشاة.

وعليه، يُطلب من ملاك الوحدات الذين قاموا بوضع مثل هذه اللافتات أو العلامات خارج حدود وحداتهم السكنية إزالتها فورًا، وفي حال عدم الإزالة سيُكلّف فريق النظافة بإزالتها.

ختامًا، يهيب مجلس الإدارة بالجميع الالتزام بالقواعد المجتمعية المعمول بها في الرفاع فيوز، والتعاون في الحفاظ على بيئة راقية وآمنة تحترم خصوصية الجميع.
