Imposition of Financial Penalties for Dog Waste Violations in the Community

We have previously issued several notices to residents emphasizing the importance of not leaving dog waste while walking on pedestrian pathways, gardens, or green spaces. Unfortunately, this issue continues in several areas, and it has even extended to leaving waste near the entrances and garages of the units.

Upon reviewing the security camera footage, it was found that several pet owners did not remove the waste during their walks with dogs, which exacerbates the negative effects of this uncivilized behavior. This poses a health risk, contributing to the spread of bacteria, harmful parasites, and the potential transmission of diseases to humans, especially children, when exposed to it.

Therefore, and in accordance with the recommendation of the members present at the General Assembly meeting held on May 17, 2025, the Board of Directors has decided to issue notices imposing financial penalties on unit owners who house dogs, and whose residents fail to clean up after them, in accordance with the provisions of the Association's By-Laws regulations.

فرض الجزاءات المالية على مخالفة ترك فضلات الكلاب في المجتمع

سبق وأن قمنا بإرسال تعاميم بضرورة عدم ترك فضلات الكلاب أثناء تجوالهم على ممرات المشاة أو في الحدائق المشتركة والمساحات الخضراء. ومع الأسف الشديد، لا تزال هذه الظاهرة مستمرة في عدة مناطق، بل وصلت إلى ترك الفضلات بالقرب من مداخل وكراجات الوحدات السكنية.

وعند مراجعة تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة، تبين عدم قيام عدد من أصحابها بإزالة الفضلات أثناء تجوالهم مع الكلاب، مما يزيد من الآثار السلبية لهذه الظاهرة غير الحضارية، وما تشكله من خطر على الصحة وانتشار البكتيريا والطفيليات الضارة واحتمالية نقل الأمراض إلى البشر وخاصةً الأطفال عند التعرض لها.

وعليه، وبناءً على توصية أعضاء الاتحاد الحاضرين في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية المنعقد بتاريخ 17 مايو 2025، قرر مجلس إدارة الاتحاد إصدار إشعارات بفرض جزاءات مالية على ملاك الوحدات التي تأوي الكلاب ولا يقوم سكانها بإزالة الفضلات، وذلك تنفيذا لأحكام النظام الرئيسي للاتحاد.

ونظرًا لصعوبة المتابعة المستمرة لهذه الظاهرة، فإن مجلس الإدارة يحث الجميع للتعاون في رصد هذه المخالفات، وإرسالها عبر الواتس آب على الرقم 39996117، أو (الضغط هنا).
