Midday work ban takes effect from June 15 to September 15, 2025

We would like to draw your attention to the announcement by the Ministry of Labour regarding the enforcement of the midday work ban, effective from June 15 to September 15, 2025, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Under the edict, it is prohibited to engage workers in direct sunlight or open areas during the designated period. Bahrain enforces this ban in line with international labour standards to enhance the protection of workers from occupational illnesses and injuries during the peak of summer, when temperatures and humidity levels are high.

The working hours for private contractors for the units in Riffa Views will be from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

بدء سريان قرار حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة

نود لفت انتباهكم إلى أن وزارة العمل قد أعلنت بدء سريان تطبيق قرار حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة، وذلك اعتبارًا من 15 يونيو وحتى 15 سبتمبر 2025، من الساعة 12 ظهرًا وحتى الساعة 4 عصرًا.

وبموجب هذا القرار، يُمنع تشغيل العمال تحت أشعة الشمس وفي الأماكن المكشوفة خلال الفترة المحددة، حيث تطبق مملكة البحرين هذا الحظر بما يتوافق مع معايير العمل الدولية، بهدف تعزيز حماية العمال من الأمراض والإصابات المهنية في هذه الفترة التي تشهد ارتفاعًا في درجات الحرارة وزيادة في نسب الرطوبة.

وسيكون توقيت عمل المقاولين الخاصين للوحدات في الرفاع فيوز من الساعة 7:00 صباحًا حتى 12:00 مساءً، ومن 4:00 مساءً حتى 6:00 مساءً.
