Opening of Nominations for Membership of the Riffa Views Owners Association Board of Directors - Fourth Term (2026-2028)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association, and in view of the approaching end of the current Board’s electoral term, we are pleased to inform you that nominations will be opened for membership of the Board of Directors for the fourth term (2026–2028). The elections will be held during the Seventh General Assembly Meeting, scheduled to take place in May 2026.

Members wishing to nominate themselves for membership of the Board of Directors are required to complete the attached nomination form and submit it via email, or submit the application to the Association Manager Office, together with all required supporting documents. The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, 29 January 2026.

Please note that eligibility to run for Board membership is open to Association members who meet the following criteria:

1. Be a member of the Association or a representative of a member of the Association.
2. Not be less than twenty-one (21) Gregorian years of age, if a natural person.
3. Be resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
4. No owner owning more than one unit shall stand for election except for one unit only, and shall not nominate any other person to stand for election in respect of the remaining units.
5. Not have been adjudged bankrupt or convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, unless rehabilitated.
6. Have no outstanding arrears in respect of annual service charges or any other financial obligations payable to the Association.
7. Not have received any notice of violation of the applicable rules and regulations, unless such violation has been rectified and its effects remedied.

فتح باب الترشح لعضوية مجلس إدارة اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز - الدورة الرابعة (2026-2028)

بالإنابة عن مجلس إدارة اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز، ونظرًا لقرب انتهاء الدورة الانتخابية الحالية لمجلس الإدارة، يسرّنا إفادتكم بأنه سيتم فتح باب الترشح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة عن الدورة الرابعة (2026-2028)، على أن تُجرى الانتخابات خلال اجتماع الجمعية العمومية السابعة المقرر عقده في شهر مايو 2026.

وعلى الراغبين في الترشح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة تعبئة استمارة الترشح المرفقة وإعادة إرسالها عبر البريد الإلكتروني، أو تقديم طلب الترشح إلى مكتب مدير الاتحاد، مرفقًا بجميع المستندات المطلوبة، وسيكون آخر موعد لتلقي طلبات الترشح هو يوم الخميس الموافق 29 يناير 2026.

علمًا بأن الترشح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة متاح لأعضاء الاتحاد، وفق المعايير الآتية:

1. أنْ يكون عضواً في الاتحاد أو ممثلاً لعضو في الاتحاد.
2. ألا يقل عمره عن إحدى وعشرين سنة ميلادية إذا كان شخصاً طبيعياً.
3. أن يكون مقيما في مملكة البحرين.
4. يحق لمن يملك أكثر من وحدة سكنية الترشح عن وحدة واحدة فقط، ولا يحق له ترشيح أو إنابة أي شخص آخر للترشح عن باقي الوحدات المملوكة له.
5. ألا يكون محكوماً عليه بالإفلاس أو في جريمة مخلة بالشرف والأمانة ما لم يُرد إليه اعتباره.
6. ألا تكون عليه أي متأخرات مستحقة من رسوم الخدمة السنوية أو أي التزامات مالية أخرى لصالح الاتحاد.
7. ألا يكون قد تلقى إشعارًا بانتهاك القواعد واللوائح المعمول بها، إلا في حال تصحيح هذا الانتهاك وإزالة آثاره.
