Participation in the 2025 General Assembly Meeting through Voting Paper

With reference to the 6th General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association, scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Riffa Views International School, we are pleased to clarify the following points regarding the use of the Voting Paper:

• The Voting Paper is a legal tool that enables unit owners to participate in the General Assembly meeting by voting on the issued resolutions. The Voting Paper will be counted towards the quorum of participants at the meeting.

• The unit owner must indicate approval or rejection (Yes or No) of the resolutions mentioned on the Voting Paper.

• The unit owner must sign the Voting Paper, and it must be witnessed by an adult. Copies of the ID card or passport of both the owner and the witness should be attached.

• The unit owner must send the Voting Paper to the Association no later than May 8, 2025, via email or by post.

Please find the Voting Paper below. Owners are entitled to submit their Voting Papers in advance and also to attend and participate in the discussions during the meeting.

المشاركة في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية عبر ورقة التصويت

بالإشارة إلى اجتماع الجمعية العمومية السادسة لاتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز المقرر عقده يوم السبت 10 مايو 2025 في الساعة 10:00 صباحًا في قاعة مدرسة الرفاع فيوز الدولية، يسرنا أن نوضح النقاط الآتية بخصوص استخدام ورقة التصويت:

• تعتبر ورقة التصويت أداة قانونية تُمكن مُلاك الوحدات من المشاركة في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية من خلال التصويت على القرارات الصادرة، حيث يتم احتساب ورقة التصويت ضمن النصاب القانوني للمشاركين في الاجتماع.

• يجب على مالك الوحدة التأشير في ورقة التصويت بالموافقة أو الرفض على القرارات المذكورة.

• يجب على مالك الوحدة التوقيع على ورقة التصويت، وأن يُشهد عليها من قبل شخص بالغ على أن يتم إرفاق نسخ من بطاقة هوية أو جواز سفر كلا من المالك والشاهد.

• يجب على مالك الوحدة إرسال ورقة التصويت لاتحاد المُلَّاك في موعد لا يتعدى تاريخ 8 مايو 2025 وذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو مكتب البريد.

تجدون مرفقًا ورقة التصويت مع هذا البريد الإلكتروني، علمًا بأنه يحق لمُلاك الوحدات إرسال أوراق التصويت مسبقًا والمشاركة أيضًا في الحضور والنقاشات خلال الاجتماع.
