Postponement of the 7th General Assembly Meeting to Saturday, May 16, 2026
We would like to inform you that the 7th General Assembly Meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association, held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Riffa Views International School Hall, did not meet the legal quorum required for the valid convening of the meeting.
Accordingly, the meeting has been postponed to Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Riffa Views International School Hall. This second meeting does not require the legal quorum to be met and shall be considered valid regardless of the number of members in attendance.
In this regard, we encourage all Association members to attend the meeting in person and actively participate in the discussions and resolutions to be voted upon, particularly as the resolutions of this meeting will be binding on all members.
The meeting will also include the election of the Association’s Board of Directors for the 4th term (2026–2028) through direct voting.

تأجيل اجتماع الجمعية العمومية إلى يوم السبت 16 مايو 2026 بسبب عدم اكتمال النصاب القانوني
نفيدكم علمًا بأن اجتماع الجمعية العمومية السابعة لاتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز، الذي عُقد يوم السبت الموافق 9 مايو 2026 في تمام الساعة 10:00 صباحًا بقاعة مدرسة الرفاع فيوز الدولية، لم يكتمل فيه النصاب القانوني المطلوب لصحة انعقاد الاجتماع.
وبناءً عليه، فقد تقرر تأجيل الاجتماع إلى يوم السبت الموافق 16 مايو 2026 في تمام الساعة 10:00 صباحًا بقاعة مدرسة الرفاع فيوز الدولية. ولا يتطلب هذا الاجتماع الثاني اكتمال النصاب القانوني، حيث يُعد صحيحًا بأي عدد من الأعضاء الحاضرين.
وفي هذا الإطار، نحث جميع أعضاء الاتحاد على الحضور الشخصي والمشاركة الفاعلة في المناقشات والقرارات التي سيتم التصويت عليها، لاسيما وأن قرارات هذا الاجتماع ستكون ملزمة لجميع الأعضاء.
كما سيشهد هذا الاجتماع إجراء انتخابات مجلس إدارة الاتحاد للدورة الرابعة للأعوام 2026-2028، وذلك عبر الاقتراع المباشر.
