Procedures for Transferring Ownership of Additional Land to Beneficiary Residential Units
We are pleased to inform you that the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) has approved the modifications to the Riffa Views Master plan, and the procedures for transferring ownership of the additional land to the unit owners who purchased it have begun. These procedures are expected to be completed within (6) months or, at the latest, by the end of this year
We would like to express our appreciation for the efforts made by Riffa Views, as well as UPDA and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), in facilitating this process.
According to the established procedures, starting this month, applications will be submitted to Urban Planning for the approval of the property subdivision procedures. Subsequently, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) will issue separate title deeds for the additional land, allowing unit owners to later submit their requests to merge the title deeds.
Riffa Views Management will contact you and inform you of the required steps once the title deeds for the additional land are issued.

يسرنا إبلاغكم بأن هيئة التخطيط والتطوير العمراني قد وافقت على تعديلات المخطط العام لمشروع الرفاع فيوز، وبدء إجراءات نقل ملكية الأراضي الإضافية إلى مالكي الوحدات الذين قاموا بشرائها. من المتوقع الانتهاء من هذه الإجراءات خلال (6) شهور أو قبل نهاية هذا العام.
وبهذه المناسبة، نعرب عن تقديرنا للجهود الكبيرة التي بذلتها شركة الرفاع فيوز، بالإضافة إلى كل من هيئة التخطيط والتطوير العمراني ومؤسسة التنظيم العقاري، في تسهيل هذه العملية.
وحسب الإجراءات المتبعة، سيتم بدءً من هذا الشهر تقديم الطلبات إلى التخطيط العمراني لاعتماد إجراءات فرز العقارات. بعدها سيقوم جهاز المساحة والتسجيل العقاري بإصدار وثائق منفصلة للأراضي الإضافية، ليتسنى لاحقًا لمُلاك الوحدات تقديم طلباتهم لدمج الوثائق.
وستقوم إدارة الرفاع فيوز بالتواصل معكم وإبلاغكم بالخطوات المطلوبة، فور إصدار وثائق ملكية الأراضي الإضافية.
