Reminder on Pet Keeping Rules and Compliance Requirements in Riffa Views

We would like to remind all residents of the importance of adhering to the Riffa Views Owners Association By-laws regarding the keeping of pets within the community, to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for everyone.

Only household pets such as dogs and cats are permitted. Keeping poultry, livestock, or any farm animals such as hens, ducks, pigeons, or similar species within residential units or gardens is strictly prohibited. Residents must also ensure that permitted pets are kept within the boundaries of their property and do not cause noise or disturbance to neighbors.

Please note that the Association Manager will be issuing individual notices to unit owners who are in violation of these rules, requesting them to take corrective action and comply fully with the Association By-laws.

تذكير بقواعد تربية الحيوانات الأليفة في الرفاع فيوز

نود تذكيركم بأهمية الالتزام بلوائح النظام الرئيسي لاتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز المتعلقة بتربية الحيوانات الأليفة داخل الوحدات، وذلك حفاظًا على بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومريحة لجميع السكان.

يُسمح فقط بالاحتفاظ بالحيوانات الأليفة المنزلية مثل الكلاب والقطط، بينما يُمنع الاحتفاظ بأي نوع من الدواجن أو الماشية أو الطيور الداجنة كالدجاج والبط والحمام وغيرها. كما يجب التأكد من تأمين الحيوانات المسموح بها داخل حدود الوحدة ومنعها من التسبب في أي ضوضاء أو إزعاج للجيران.

يُرجى العلم بأن مدير الاتحاد سيقوم خلال الفترة المقبلة بإصدار إشعارات لملاك الوحدات المخالفة لهذه القواعد، لإشعارهم بضرورة تصحيح أوضاعهم والالتزام التام بلوائح الاتحاد المعتمدة.
