RVOA Budget and Service Charge for 2026

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association has approved the Association’s budget for the year 2026, with a total of BD 1,550,000, compared to the 2025 budget which was BD 1,517,000.

The approval of this budget came after a comprehensive review of all operational items and financial obligations, in a manner that ensures the continuity of the quality of services provided and maintains the efficiency of operating and managing all facilities and common areas in Riffa Views, thereby preserving the community’s distinguished residential environment and the sustainability of its services without impacting residents’ quality of life.

The Association’s budget for the year 2026 will be presented at the upcoming General Assembly meeting, scheduled to be held during May 2026, for ratification in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The Association Manager will issue service charge invoices for the first quarter of 2026 at a rate of BD 3.664 per square meter. Owners may benefit from a 5% discount for those who wish to settle the annual service charges in advance, provided payment is made no later than 31 January 2026. This discount applies to cash payments, cheques, or bank transfers only.

ميزانية اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز ورسوم الخدمة لعام 2026

نحيطكم علمًا بأن مجلس إدارة اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز قد اعتمد ميزانية الاتحاد لعام 2026، والتي بلغ إجمالي نفقاتها 1,550,000 دينار بحريني، مقارنةً بميزانية عام 2025 التي بلغت 1,517,000 دينار بحريني.

وقد جاء اعتماد هذه الميزانية بعد دراسة شاملة لجميع البنود التشغيلية والالتزامات المالية، وبما يضمن استمرار جودة الخدمات المقدّمة والمحافظة على كفاءة تشغيل وإدارة كافة المرافق والأجزاء المشتركة في الرفاع فيوز، بما يكفل الحفاظ على البيئة السكنية المتميزة للمجتمع واستدامة خدماته دون التأثير على جودة المعيشة للسكان.

وسيتم عرض ميزانية الاتحاد لعام 2026 على اجتماع الجمعية العمومية المقبلة المقرر عقده خلال شهر مايو 2026 للتصديق عليها وفق اللوائح المعمول بها.

وسوف يقوم مدير الاتحاد بإصدار فواتير رسوم الخدمة للربع الأول من عام 2026 بواقع 3.664 دينار بحريني للمتر المربع، وبإمكان المُلاك الاستفادة من خصم 5% لمن يرغب في سداد رسوم الخدمة السنوية مقدمًا، على أن يتم السداد في موعد أقصـاه 31 يناير 2026. وينطبق هذا الخصم على المدفوعات النقدية أو الشيكات أو التحويلات البنكية فقط.
