With reference to the resolution passed in the General Assembly of the Riffa Owners Association held on December 7, 2019, regarding authorizing the elected Board of Directors to review the Master Transfer Agreement.

And due to the importance of this agreement for the future of our community in Riffa Views, as it sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Developer will transfer ownership of the Common Areas to the Association, and his obligation to complete the remaining construction works and transfer all active contracts to the Association. The agreement also defines the relationship between the concerned parties over the coming years.

Accordingly, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has decided to form a subcommittee headed by Mr. Akram Hage (Board Member) and representatives of the Developer and related parties to review the draft agreement.

We hereby urge all owners who have any comments related to this agreement to send them directly to the Board Secretary Mr. Abdulhameed Juma (Tel: 39632332/ email: ajuma777@gmail.com ) as soon as possible. We also invite owners with legal experience to join the committee which will submit its report to the Board of Directors in preparation for adding it to the agenda of the General Assembly.
