To help maintain a well-organized and peaceful residential community built on mutual respect among neighbors, we would like to remind all residents to park their vehicles and their visitors’ vehicles in front of their own villas or in designated public parking areas, and to avoid parking in front of neighboring villas without obtaining prior permission.

Respecting our neighbors’ privacy and the spaces surrounding their homes helps promote good unneighborly relations and avoid inconvenience or disputes.
