I acknowledge that Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) water is supplied for irrigation purposes only.

I acknowledge that the supply of TSE water is subject to availability and that communal areas and the golf course have priority for allocation.

I acknowledge that water quality may vary seasonally and may result in algae growth or sediment formation.

I agree that the TSE connection shall be installed only by a contractor approved by RV Real Estate Company (RVRE).

I acknowledge that the installation of the TSE meter cost of approx. BD 290 is up to the external boundary wall of the unit. Any connections and installations within the unit will be additional cost.

I acknowledge that the current rate of 100 fils per cubic meter, is subject to annual review by RVOA.

I agree to pay TSE consumption charges as per meter reading on semi-annual basis.

I acknowledge that RVOA reserves the right to disconnect the TSE service in the event of non-payment.

I have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions governing the TSE connection service.
