Vehicles & Traffic violations
We would like to bring to your attention that we have been receiving complaints from residents about:
- Speeding vehicles within community.
- Wrong parking, parking in other garages.
- Using public parking for storage or long-term parking.
- Parking of boats and watercrafts in the common areas.
And as per the RVOA By-laws, it is prohibited for all residents to commit these violations, and the By-laws imposes financial penalties for these violations, which are calculated in the service charge bills.
Accordingly, the Association Manager will notify the homeowners to correct these violations before imposing financial penalties.

مخالفات المركبات والحركة المرورية
نفيدكم علماً إلى أنه وصلتنا العديد من شكاوى السكان حول ارتكاب مخالفات تتعلق بالمركبات والحركة المرورية، وهي على النحو التالي:
- قيادة المركبات بسرعة عالية.
- توقف المركبات بشكل خاطئ واستخدام كراجات منازل أخرى.
- استخدام المواقف العامة لتخزين المركبات أو الوقوف لفترات طويلة.
- إيقاف القوارب والزوارق المائية على الأجزاء المشتركة.
ووفقًا للنظام الرئيسي لاتحاد ملاك الرفاع فيوز، فإنه يحظر على جميع السكان ارتكاب هذه المخالفات، كما أن النظام الرئيسي ينص على فرض جزاءات مالية في حال ارتكاب هذه المخالفات يتم احتسابها ضمن فاتورة رسوم الخدمة.
وعليه، سيقوم مدير الاتحاد بإخطار مُلاك الوحدات لتصحيح هذه المخالفات قبل فرض الجزاءات المالية.
