Amira has 16 years of experience in clinical and educational settings across Europe, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Bahrain. She supports students’ social and emotional well-being and fosters resilience while promoting positive mental health. Amira holds a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Leicester in the UK and is pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology.
Workshop Overview
An interactive awareness workshop focusing on the emotional and psychological challenges that may arise after returning to school. The workshop will provide parents with practical guidance to help children manage anxiety and stress, adjust to school routines, and create a supportive and positive home environment.
